This is a Tom Clark, HOFI style, cross peen blacksmith hammer.  Sold by Tom Clark before he started forging them.  it is cast S7.  It weighs approx 2 1/2 pounds and is 12 inches long.  It is in good used condition, has no damage.

Here is a great Rocket Hammer ! This is the first Rocket Ball Peen that I have ever run on to.Stamped on the head is TrueTemper ROCKET PAT> 2754863 A016. The rubber is complete but does a few scuffs anda paint drip.
