This auction is for a BRAND NEW Northwest Instruments NSL500B Level-Transit PKG with 1 yr manufacturer's warranty. The Northwest NSL500B is for builders that require accurate angle measurements, plumbing vertical columns, measuring property lines, excavating trenches, and running pipelines. This instrument has clamps and tangents that bring the instrument quickly on target. It is ideal for leveling, turning all horizontal and vertical angles and vertical plumbing applications. It is designed for squaring up foundations, layout work, leveling foundations, running fence and pipelines, plumbing walls, and various grading/leveling applications. The NSL500B can measure vertical angles ±45 degrees and the horizontal and vertical vernier is accurate to 10 arc-minutes for precise measuring of all angles. The NSL500B can also be used as a level by locking the telescope into place. The level vial has an accuracy of 1/4" @ 100 ft making it ideal for a variety of elevation measurements and grading applications. The transit telescope has exceptionally clear optics for easy level rod readings and stadia lines (1:100) allowing you to determine the distance of the transit from the level rod. Reinforced rubber pads protect delicate portions of the transit giving it added durability.

1. Tripod Northwest NAT86 Aluminum Flat Head Tripod. It comes with a standard 5/8" x 11 threaded core screw (with plumb bob hook) that is compatible with most instruments sold today. This tripod is 100% aluminum and utilizes quick clamp locking mechanisms which allow for easy height adjustments and keep the legs firmly locked in place even in high vibration environments. The tripod measures 38" (closed) and 62" (open). It comes with a shoulder strap, hardened steel tripod shoe points, and a plumb bob hook on the core screw for hanging plumb bobs.
2. NSL500B Transit The Northwest NSL500 Level-Transit has 20x magnification and leveling accuracy of 1/4" @ 100 ft and horizontal and vertical vernier is accurate to 5 minutes for precise measuring of all angles.
3. 9' Level Rod Northwest NWT09 Telescoping Aluminum Level Rod graduated in ft/inches/8ths. It is constructed of 100% aluminum and consists of three sections each with a button lock. Graduations are anodized onto the aluminum to withstand the harshest work conditions. A convenient measuring scale exists on the backside allowing users to read the height of the rod at eye level. The rod is 42" collapsed, 1 3/4" wide, 7/8" thick and will fit all laser detectro clamps sold today. The level rod base is reinforced with an extra plate of aluminum allowing it to withstand typical jobsite abuse. Each section collar is riveted for added strength and durability.
